Xipoli is a platform for live video performance; it is not a source of professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Anything said or shown during a stream, in chat, or in a comment reflects the views of the individual performer or viewer, not Xipoli. Don't treat streamed content as guidance for decisions in those areas.
2. Third-Party Content & Performers
Performers are independent: not employees, agents, or representatives of Xipoli. We don't review streams before they go live, and we don't vet performers beyond what's described in our Terms of Service. Views, opinions, and conduct expressed by a performer or a viewer in chat are theirs alone, and don't represent an endorsement by Xipoli.
3. No Guarantee of Accuracy
Provenance badges, “recorded live” indicators, and similar labels on the Platform describe what our own systems can verify structurally (for example, that a clip was cut from a recording our own Egress pipeline made); they are not a certification of the truthfulness, accuracy, or authenticity of what a performer says or does on camera.
4. Viewer Discretion
Live performance is unscripted and unpredictable. Xipoli prohibits the content listed in our Terms of Service, but moderation, human or automated, happens after content airs, not before. Viewer discretion is advised, and anyone under 18 should not be using the Platform at all (see Section 2 of our Terms).
5. Service Availability
Live video over the public internet is inherently unreliable. Streams can drop, buffer, or fail to start due to factors outside our control: a performer's connection, network congestion, or an outage on our own infrastructure. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access to any stream, archive, or feature. See our Terms of Service for the fuller disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability.
6. External Links
Pages on Xipoli may link to external sites: a performer's tip links, social profiles, or similar. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any site we don't operate.
